Bathroom Remodel in Upper Arlington, Ohio

Our clients envisioned transforming a storage room in their basement into a luxurious bathroom. This space presented challenges with its sloped, uneven concrete floor, requiring extensive rerouting of underground plumbing. We tackled this by cutting out about 90% of the concrete floor, removing it through the basement window in small chunks, and later bringing in buckets of cement the same way to lay the new foundation. The final result was a beautiful steam shower with custom lighting and a hidden speaker system, making this one of our most custom bathroom creations.
