Addition in Upper Arlington, Ohio

This Upper Arlington project involved a 450 square foot addition, including a new full basement and 450 square feet of additional living space. The living space features a beautiful new kitchen with a custom-built breakfast nook area, a half bath, a wet bar, and a sunroom with heated tile floors. All new windows, doors, appliances, and fixtures were installed. We were able to match the existing cedar shake siding, so the addition looks like it naturally belongs.
